Luminaries

Halloween is so much fun. I love the colors, the pumpkins, and the costumes. We don't have a trick or treater here to pilfer through her sack of candy, and we do miss that....er her:)
These sacks are just as good, if not better, no calories. I hinted and whined enough that my sweet friend Linda made 4 using TH Dies. They look so spookily cute sitting on our mantle. Happy Halloween!!

Baseball Saturday

Brandan had his first official road trip Friday. He drove from Red Oak to Georgetown all alone and made it just fine. He played in a baseball tournament today and we had fun watching him play.

As any normal 16 year old he is forever hungry so we ate at PeiWei last night. He had he first Edamame and decided they were great. T was also home for the week end and she had crab wontons and loved those. We also had burgers at Mighty Fine and BBQ at the Salt Lick to keep him from starving today.

The first game was in Round Rock and they lost, but think it was due to a lack of attendance. For some strange reason they had this sign posted, but we ignored it and became a spectator:)
The last game was in Manor, in the middle of no where, with no concession stands, just across the road from Hogs Eye Road. This game was a winner 5-2, and that entitled us to be there at 8 am tomorrow for more spectatoring:)
